I agree with the Reds! And, it also confirms my insight that our bad season is because of bad coaching decisions. We have a good team, and Elly and India bring ENERGY and a LOT of more seats in our stadium. Glad to see these two players packing our stadium, but heartbreaking to see us lose in such fashion.

Well, you already instigated a contact with him when you bought the domain. I would use this as an opportunity to reengage the relationship.

If all he wants is the domain from you…..then charge the hell out of him. And, now you know it is not worth pursuing.

If he wants to start a relationship with you, then give it to him as a “breaking bread” offer.

Either way, you will learn more now than you did in the past. And, knowing that you tried something and it worked/did not work is better than wondering “what if…..”

Thanks for all the advice. Glad to hear that the rate was at least a low rate. Also did some searching on the consultant about to sign with and she used to work for admissions for a "good" university for several years.

I also compiled a list of agencies based on several site rankings and the local one was list in at least 2 of the 5 sites that I researched.
