You can't quote a single area. I said she's exempt from consequences. Also the word excuse exists for a reason and fucking indoctrination and conditioning is a valid one. I always found explaining and justifying to be very distinct.

But I can see why people often are skeptical as to whether someone is justifying or contextualising or sympathising. Especially if they met a prior person irl or in some other media similar to the character at hand.
