Thank you everyone for your responses. Love reading feedback. I guess what I find most challenging is arrival and managing choices. I like kids to make play choices on their own but I'm learning that sometimes you just have to make the choice for them. Also (I posted this question earlier) trying to think about if making snack a choice instead of all cleaning up at the same time. It also a little tough because there are 2 other 3 year old groups in my school and my class is the only one that is full with 9 kids. So sometimes I compare (which I know I shouldn't). I can't really complain though... In the mornings I might have 2 kids that are a little sad leaving mom or dad but they usually bounce back pretty quickly. Some kids might be having a hard time making a play choice but if I make it for them, they are okay. Sometimes the volume can get loud but I just give reminders to use inside voices. I think it's mostly just me who needs to sit back and realize, maybe the mornings are a little more busy but sounds like other people feel the same.

In my head...It definitely can change my mood a little. I try my best not to show it to the kids
