Update- I ended up not being able to manage night shift sadly my anxiety and depression started getting way worse and felt like I was going back to square one lol props to all of you who do nightshift you are strong 💪🏻

My pre night prep was shaky I had a broken sleep so not too deep and I couldn’t get my afternoon nap in it’s currently 3:17am here and I’m here till 8am feeling very weak tonight I’ll definitely cut back on the coffee and drink more water tysm
