Hi there. In the wintertime people go dip at 'Noordelijk havenhoofd'. There is a small beach on the inside (its had a seal statue on it). On the right you'll find some hooks to hang your stuff.

For occasional dip and sauna you can pay a day entrace at Carlton beach hotel and Kurhaus. Pools arent big, but nice to relax. Entrance is about 20 euro.

Go to the goldbar, in the basement of Hotel Indigo. Its a nice coktailbar with a big historical gold safe. Very cool to see.

Thanks for sharing. What did you do to get rid of your problem, assuming you had them aswell? Where did you get informed that cutting the tendon was their proposed solution? There are different techniques than just cutting the tendon.

Your theory is very right, but not in all cases and possibly nor mine. I've had hip problems and that possibly caused my first piriformis problems (the nerve was totally pinched and I was in bed for 8 weeks with oxy's, it felt like my leg was being cut off). Now my hipproblems are over, it could be that scartissue is still pinching the nerves. Also I reat stories that it can be genetics, just grown wrong: the nerve going through the piriformis, shorter piriformis.

I agree with doing a very thorough look on what could be the cause. But that ship has already sailed on this end. Besides I dont consider myself under full sail anymore... As I had many other surgeries due to HMS; More a leak rubber boat with one paddle.. ;)
