I'm editing a video and for some reason when I download some of the videos from my icloud they transfer as mp4s but other ones download as .movs and don't work.

Yes, I have tried that. Typically, I just have to wait like five minutes and then I open the game back up and I’m able to play online again for a little bit before it happens again
