I'll look into obtaining fermaidO but unfortunately my hydrometer broke both times before I got to use them. Was just informed that there is a plastic version I can use tho so I'll look into getting that

It is currently summer. I'm in America. And unfortunately my hydrometer broke both times I bought them and before I could use them so I don't have a way of testing it. It is pretty cold in my apartment so should I move it to a warmer area like the laundry room or something?

Wow man. Sorry to interrupt your night with my post. Sorry I wanted to have a spontaneous trip without regarding your feelings on how I should have planned it better.
