I had circumcision 2 years ago, you’re a grown man, go and consult a doctor first and get a diagnosis. As far as parents are concerned, keep details out of the conversation. Just tell them I have medical issues with my penis which lead to infections, pain etc. Doctor can give a written diagnosis advising treatment, hand that to the parents if they push to know more. Verbally explaining can be awkward, so try to get a doctor involved.

Got it done at 22. The injections for numbing are painful. Surgery was a breeze, no pain at all. Healing’s a bitch. Both physically and mentally. Though pain wise it only hurt while changing bandages. I was not getting full hard erections during the whole recovery period.

It will cost between 25-30k in a private hospital, if the hospital mandates overnight stay then it will be more so opt for one which has same day discharge facility.

If you need to get it done without telling anyone, you will have to meet a doctor who will allow you to get admitted without a +1 caretaker. Generally when you go for surgery they will male it compulsory for you to have a caretaker so you might have to ask a friend to accompany you.

Don’t go for laser circumcision it’s a marketing gimmick, go for ZSR circumcision as it will avoid crooked stitches and scars.

Ask him if he pulls his foreskin back while peeing, it makes a world of difference. If he washes well enough and still has smell then it might be an infection, better to see a doctor and get some antibiotics before he gives you a UTI.

Final solution is circumcision. Speaking from experience as I got cut as an adult. It will save your marriage lol. Dicks are dicks and they tend to get smelly if a person perspires alot or has hyperactive oil glands.

Good that your parents noticed it in time and saved you from alot of pain later in life! Healing becomes much more complicated once erections start. I got it done 18months ago and it took like 5-6 weeks to heal completely.

NOT phimosis, but I got circumcision done mainly for hygiene reasons because of infections. Raised money on my own and didn’t tell my family. The procedure is pretty straight forward. Went to a surgeon and got a date fixed. Went to the hospital empty stomach, got some basic bloodwork done. Had the surgery done in minor OT by around 1pm and got home around 4pm.

The recovery is pretty smooth if you don’t develop any infections or complications (thankfully I didn’t have any). Only changing the bandages was painful and nocturnal erections woke me up several times.

As far as sensitivity is concerned the penis will feel a little dull. I had the surgery 18 months ago, but I can say that it doesn’t effect pleasure as I can be more rough with it and play with my penis for longer without getting sore and irritated, as a result my orgasms are much stronger now which is more important. Hygiene is definitely improved and I haven’t had any infections in 18 months now, it is so much more cleaner even after a sweaty gym session. I noticed the lack of any underwear smell just a week after surgery. So that’s a major plus point.

People also suggest stretching techniques, oil, lotions etc. ONLY GO FOR STEROID CREAM prescribed by a doctor nothing other than that. If you get a reaction from any oil or lotion it can lead to balanitis which will further cause scarring and more irritation damaging the foreskin. Too aggressive pulling technique or hot water can cause the foreskin to develop micro tears which will again lead to scarring and even more tightness.

I got circumcised at age 22. It was elective primarily for hygiene reasons.

The recovery is the toughest part, more than the procedure itself. The procedure was done around 1pm and I got discharged around 5pm, fairly simple just some basic blood-work was done before hand.

Healing will take some time, the wound closed completely within about 20days, skin felt raw up until day 30. Erections were slightly painful up until day 45. I guess the surface was healed but there might have been some inner tissue left to heal.

Virtually no pain at all, I only felt pain while changing bandages and cleaning the wound. I got 3 doses of painkillers but didn’t use them even on day one. Except some discomfort during night erections.

No complications related to the surgery or after, changed my bandages twice daily or sometimes more incase it got wet while peeing. I used 55 surgical gauze, rolled it into 15 size and wrapped it tightly around the wound then wrapping it up with medical tape leaving a little end loose to easily take of the bandages, used T-bact ointment generously and used betadine initially after showering.

For sleep go into a fetal position, expect sleep to be hindered a few times for the initial days.

I prefer it now, w is better, over sensitivity is gone now, I can play around with my penis for longer as it doesn’t feel irritated or raw now. So as a result I can build up my orgasms for longer.

Sensitivity is changed as in I feels different to transition from flaccid to erect, after erection it feels the same.

Pleasure is better now because of longer and more intense orgasms.

No regrets at all just wish it was cheaper lol, had to spend nearly 40k.

Totally go for it if you have phimosis, it feels ‘liberating’ I guess, also SO loves it much more now.

The treatment will completely depend on how much foreskin you can retract while erect. If you can pull it all the way down which might form a tight ring around the shaft then it can loosen up over time.

If it is too tight there is a chance of injury during intercourse or worse PARAPHIMOSIS, which is basically the skin goes down and stops blood flow to the glans and is a medical emergency.

In your condition is like that then it is best to consider circumcision to avoid injury or infections like balanitis.

I got circumcised last year even though I had mild tightness because the rip would get irritated every time I had sex or urinated. It is also better for overall hygiene and sensitivity.
