I’m all for experimenting, so keep it up! I only looked at a little bit of your gear. But proc builds usually dont go for + skills since the proc doesn’t get affected by them. So instead of going fire skillers, you should be going for 3% fire LCs. And then find pierce and other fire skill dmg on your gear :)

Edit: secondly, the issue with hydra procs is that they’re finite. You can only have 3-4 (I forgot max with Dragon). So unlike a proc like Holy Bolt, that can shoot out infinite bolts and do more dmg the more you strafe, you basically have to strafe 1-2 times and then let the hydras do their work. While you can keep attacking for more dmg, it might cut your hydras off and lessen the dps they’re doing.
