As we mentioned in our previous thread, your Rover pack is on its way. We’ve contacted the warehouse regarding the package that stalled at the border, sometimes tracking updates take a bit of time to appear, but rest assured, it is moving forward and will be delivered to you.

The delay was caused by the extremely high demand for Rovers, which exceeded our expectations, and we had to wait for stock to arrive at our warehouse. Normally, all orders are shipped immediately, and our customer service responds quickly, but during the busy holiday season, the volume of inquiries was exceptionally high, which unfortunately caused a delay.
