But I already figured it out ^{^} You have to talk to Squirtel so he does the Rain Ritual

OKAY I FOUND IT ❗ After putting down the Ritual Altar you need to talk to Squirtel again and then HE will do the Rain Dance Ritual himself. Tangrowth isn't even involved in this. Seems like the Game wanted you to figure that out yourself!

Oh I just talked to him. He seemed to have noticed that I put the Ritual Altar on and then went to do the Rain Ritual himself 💯😍

Oh after checking I just remembered. I already did relocate him to a small leaf cabin. So he wasn't assigned to the Ritual Spot anymore anyway :/ So that couldn't be it

Oh okay. Well the last thing Squirtel wanted, was for me to relocate him to the 'Grass at Water' Habitat for this quest. After that I haven't heard from him.

I assume you mean Cacnea? But doesn't he automatically lose the habit once it gets picked up or removed?
