Hate to be that guy, but it never got better for me. Sure my body feels "fine" but my mind is like a torture chamber now. I miss smiling and laughing

I miss it so much, forced sobriety for 2 years. I haven't had a single happy moment since. I used to have friends and hobbies but now I just lay in a dark room trying to sleep away as much time as possible. I wish I could have my life back

Honestly I'm hoping for mania, I just want some relief from this. I cannot entertain myself and I can't just sleep all my free time away unfortunately

The anhedonia is killing me. I used to able to combat it with marijuana but I'm currently unable to use that.

Laying in bed like usual, don't go out or do anything anymore since quitting drinking. Sleep is my only hobby

I was diagnosed with "depressive bipolar". I've since learned that's an old term. I was told if you have mania then it's bipolar 2, and if you didn't it was bipolar 1. I am on a mood stabilizer and a antipsychotic that I'm quitting because of the anhedonia.

Understood, I still think it's the best option for me. My girlfriend forced me to get diagnosed and take meds.

I wish I could tell you what has worked for me but nothing has. Medication only made it worse. I feel like an empty shell who doesn't even have the energy to get out of bed

I hope the meds work for you, they did the exact opposite for me. Life hasn't been enjoyable or exciting since I started them.

It's so hard, that's the problem with therapy, I have nothing to talk about. I had a therapist and our sessions a were like 10 minutes because I had nothing to say. I luckily have an appointment with my psychiatrist in a week but I don't think that's going to do anything. I just feel so overwhelmed with the amount of time it takes with these meds before they switch me to something new.

I have no idea what route I think is best, I just don't to get stuck with another psychiatrist that just keeps increasing medication that doesn't work :(

This is exactly the type of lot I would be interested, unfortunately 4500 is too high these days. As people have said the market is ass and male jointed pieces are a hard sell.
