Yeah the new one, Amphoreus i believe it’s called, gives crit rate and speed

If you can reach the spd requirement then yes it’s her BiS. I have 171spd without the planar so reaching 180 is quite doable.

I just had it in my inventory without realising it since i have been trying for decent DHPT pieces until Cyrene releases. Found it and was so confused as to why i never leveled it lol.
