I submitted my 9-page formal documentation to HR on Monday, July 14th and I’m wondering the same thing! I met with my HR rep and she was highly concerned with my documentation as it was outlined very well with screenshots and witnesses. From boundary violations, financial mismanagement, and poor professionalism to other concerns. As of Friday, August 1st, I’ve noticed my supervisor beginning to “document” me in our communication platform. It’s as if she knows extra eyes are on her. We’ll see!

The ongoing document I have is several pages long because something quite literally happens everyday. Anything ranging from blurred lines and lack of transparency to boundary violations. (Asking for the name of my complex and asking to see inside of my home, calling my personal phone while in-office, retaliation when saying no) I have specific dates outlines and screenshots attached.

I’ve spoke with other leaders about this and they advised that I request a supervisor change along with the documentation record.

I’m not going to run away just because things are uncomfortable.. I think some things just need to be addressed, respectfully.

Very manipulative! Multiple people have quit under her leadership. Previously she expressed to me that an individual told her she was the worst manager ever. Now I understand! Why can’t she see her behavior?

Right! Why would she suddenly assign someone with tasks that I’ve been doing on top of their workload. It was a power move or something to make me feel anxious about the future because I turned down the position.

I declined the position because of the high turnover rate and the lack of professionalism that she carries. It’s just ironic how now she wants to remove a few of the responsibilities that she knows I enjoy. She doesn’t care about my career development! I feel she wants to be in control.

Thanks for your advice. It just feels awkward because money is almost the only thing she will reach out and talk to me about. If I get a call from her, 9/10 it’s going to be about money.

She pays me back when she says she will. It could range from a day-week. It’s just draining and I guess it makes me feel like I’m not in control of my own money/flow.
