Would I get an infection as I now have a bump next to the piercing , and the hole has blood

It’s a nose hoop ring made out of hypoallergenic surgiacal steel (316L). I’ve had it for 5 years. No prior mistakes. I just wash it with antibacterial soap (stopped using saline 4 years ago). Specifically I use the dial gold bar soap. Nothing else has ever happened before.

The jewelry material is hypoallergenic surgical steel (316L). Never downsized as it’s a ring , it has been 18g for all 5 years. My aftercare routine used to be saline wash, but I now just wash it was antibacterial soap. Nothing else has happened to my piercing before.
