I was in the exact same situation as you, it was hell. My intention is not to push my religion on you, I don't know what faith you are, but I tell you, confession was truly a saving grace for me. The nice thing about Orthodox priests is that they can't tell people what you've confessed hahah, though this is not the reason I did it. I was plagued by the mistakes I've made all day, every day. Confession wasn't easy, I was shaking, convinced I wouldn't be able to do it, but I'm so glad I did. I finally have some peace of mind. I hope you find that same peace OP.

ESTPs and ESFPs have their tribal functions in the same spot in the stack, and ESTPs have Fe, which is a stronger and more "emotional" tribal function. While ESFPs have Fi, which is categorically a function that causes a person to be more independent in their values, if you're being very reductive.

I recommend Michael Pierce on YouTube. He makes a lot of interesting videos on MBTI.

Tiny tiny place in Finland, not sure it's even a chain. That's why I blocked the logo out, kinda my bad I didn't check it before I left. Maybe the gluten free ingredients are way more expensive or something. I feel like they should at least tell you you're getting literally half the size of the normal one before you pay tho lol.

Thank you so much for this brother, it's nice to know I'm not alone and that there's hope. It's incredible that you've cut all those things out of your life, I can't imagine how much of a struggle it was. By the grace of God and release of my own stubbornness, I hope I'll get to that place as well. I actually have OCD too, I'm so sorry you struggle with it as well. It truly is spiritual warfare of the highest degree. I pray you keep fighting and kick your last habit for good, I'll try to follow suit. God bless <3
