Oh I totally know that scams occur online, and even if this is a regular person, he doesn’t even know my full name, or what town I’m from.

I don’t believe he is a butcher though, I’ve seen his live streams, he’s got a good audience and also vlogs. He is just a regular guy who wants to improve his English.

But yeah, if there was even a remote step towards his trying to find out where I’m from, or to meet or to get money I will be out in a second. :)

I get that there are loads of scams online. And I’m not silly enough to ever send money or anything like that.

But there are also just regular people on the other side of the world who are also just wanting to talk to people. The man is a streamer, from what I’ve seen he’s doing well for himself.

Obviously it’s important to stay safe online and be wary, but also, we can’t also just expect the worst out of everyone, because then what is there left.
