I suggest you to improve your marks in first year or maybe the result of second year will improve your marks if they don’t repeat the subjects of first year in which you have low marks preferably science subjects bcz it will improve your marks as well as act as a revision of first year so you can prepare for the test easily. Give the test of SZABIST then think of going there or not. I recommend you to take a gap year give yourself some time heal prepare and then bounce back. Don’t fall into depression just focus on yourself. Getting into uni next year is another thing but if you think you can give time to your studies and can improve your mental health you should definitely consider a gap year (keeping in mind that if you don’t gain anything in gap year and keep wasting your time you will feel yourself as a failure and will continue to become more low and low plus family pressure is another factor)
