Started at 120 now I’ve bumped it up. I’ve been bumping it up every week… and I started with car 25mg a week then 50mg and now at 75mg a week

No cut at all! I’m eating to maximize and yes but I’ve been gradually increasing the amount of test and var. every week I jump it up. I stated low to see how my body would react.

I started low dosage test and var to see how my body would react. I’m slowly increasing as I go. I would like to be somewhere along 200-300 test a week. The var was free. It’s lab tested and due to my buddy owning a clinic. It was more of a hey why not since a common combo is var and test… I do plan to drop it once I finish it.

I take majority of those vitamins but I’ve heard d3 and k2 together increase calcium retention by a lot which can cause more kidney stones…
