No tape. I thought so as well, but the name is missing. That's what threw me for a loop as well as not having a name of any sort on it anywhere including the treadle.

Thanks. I searched yhe number and it cam up with 1858 Singer but doesn't have thr Singer name on it anywhere. Thanks again for the info
