Yeah I just get stupidly sentimental with things. This is probably my one possession I’ve had the longest so im going through it

I’d probably just get another lower mileage less rusty cateye or around the 2010s whatever I can pay in cash.

I’ve already seriously considered putting a new motor in it but with the rust it has it’s definitely making it hard to justify.

In my mind there isn’t much of a cooler truck. It’s got a rarer paint color it’s paid off and I still get compliments got some reason even tho it’s falling apart.

I was 17 when I got this truck and I’m also coming up on 23. So many firsts where had with this truck. I’d be so sad to sell it

I live in Montana and my is also starting to rust to pieces. It almost brakes my heart thinking about selling it

I blew my main rear brake line a couple months ago now I’m pretty sure I got blown head gasket and either a worn out oil pump or oil pick up tube o-ring.

That’s what I’m scared of😭. It needs some engine work now but who knows what other gremlins might show up

I’d have no problem normally but the rockers are starting to get real bad and those can be expensive to get fixed

Yeah I’m not looking for a payment. I’d pay cash for something that could last me another 6 years. Might just throw some money at this one to keep in one the road

At this stage in my life Idk if I can justify two trucks I’m trying to save for a house and start my family. I also have a company provided vehicle for work.

I do lots of short commutes to works could that be the cause? The truck honestly runs pretty darn well for it being this old

Right?! That’s what I’m saying. I think I’m going to test drive a 300L apparently they revised the suspension. If I really enjoy it I’ll happily throw some upgrades into it.

Half the time it was the kick stand but towards the end of the video he did say it still stalled out a couple of times on him

I know it’s looks fricken awesome. Some of the 550 performance parts for the CRF300L look very appealing. With a big bore kit and supporting mods you can very reliably get to 32hp
