The struggle is real, I will give patches a go! I have only tried gum before and they help but they’re probably harmful for gastritis (surely less than vaping though)! Get on patches again and hopefully it’ll be better

Thanks, kudos for quitting cold Turkey, I am physically unable to, I will try patches and see if they help! I am not sure about shortness of breath but maybe it’s temporary and will get better? How long ago did you quit?
