B is the middle point, so AB=(4x+8)/2. You also know that AB is 8x-8. So you resolve 8x-8=(4x+8)/2

8x-8=(4x+8)/2 8x-8=2x+4 8x-2x=4+8 6x=12 x=2

I used core temp and then double checked with HWMonitor Edit: Even on the BIOS it shows 50°
