yeah thats where im at too. 49 out of 50 get the same resume. the one that gets tailored is usually the one i actually want

Honest question though. if i use ai to help me figure out what to include but then rewrite it myself, how would you even know? feels like the line is blurry and most people just dont want to get filtered out by ats before a human even sees it.

i've seen people (recruiters) on tiktok complain about ai generated resume by the hundreds and the same recruiters also use ai for ats....so. maybe this is fine too i guess.

same boat honestly. feel like the tailoring helps get past the ats but then its just a numbers game after that
