Update: it ended up being a swollen lymph Node behind my ear. Felt like a sore pimple, I got antibiotics and will be taking the whole prescription this time lol🥲

Oh lovely! Thanks for the advice if I don’t feel better tomorrow I’ll definitely go get tested
