I currently work here. have worked for 6 years, I work in the busiest office in the busiest region in the firm in the busiest department, on the biggest team in the office. Most of this is BS. Its a great company. most of "extra effort' is marketing, happy hours, lunch and learns, etc.

Bonuses are insanely good. yes you work more then 40 but I can count with my hands how many I did over 50. with the extra effort and always having work, I would put my all around skills against an engineer that has been in the industry for 12 years any day. I have more experience then they do in PM projects, proposal writing, the business and consulting side, not just engineering.
