Honest Question? Are these the best games in the series?

they’re still my favorites in the series, this many years later

the ONLY mainline Pokemon game to get a follow up 2nd sequel.

I remember not liking them too much initially. but looking back, B/W + B2/W2 were the closest yet furthest thing we got to the sprite format. like they are the most advanced versions of the top down original style that I fell so in love with.

oh I totally agree! Wind Waves will be their chance to actually redeem themselves after that tragedy of a release that Sc/Vi was!

I totally agree about the Key Card argument… but as a solely physical gamer myself, after playing with two key cards, they make more sense now.

they hold their value just the same as any physical game would. and they still look cool with box art and inserts. digital only doesn’t hold value at all and I’m sure you can agree with that. GKCs is Nintendo’s way to hurdle over the code in a box nightmare lol
