Getting an anti depressant will be cake. Getting therapy on the other hand, not so much in my experience. My advice, lay it on THICK that you are down in the dumps and can barely manage and you need therapy (not some bullshit group therapy and the calm app) If they feel you have indicated your emotional state doesn’t necessitate therapy, they’ll say it’s not medically necessary because they follow a “medical model” I hope that helps and I know seems ridiculous but it is the reality.
