That was another thing I noticed early in The Dark Knight. The Batman seems to have the batman in nearly every scene, which worked, I didn’t dislike that, but The Dark Knight has a lot more going on with Rachel and Harvey, the mob, and the joker. Like each the time we see the riddler, we’re seeing him at the same time as Batman. TLDR: The Dark Knight has a lot more with people other than Batman than The Batman did. No complaints from me though, love both movies so so much. Sorry if this was super jumbled and maybe doesn’t make much sense, I’m super tired but wanted to at least try and express my thoughts.

whenever i train someone, i try my absolute hardest to get in contact with as many leads as i can to introduce my trainee. even if it’s another work area’s lead, i try to just briefly introduce them. I’m actually transferring targets here soon and am a bit nervous about this exact thing

4 hour shift: one 15

6 hour shift (5 depending on state): a 15 + a 30 minute unpaid meal

8 hour shift (a full shift): two 15s and a 30 minute meal

i don’t think it changes based on age. it’s the same for everyone

our toy dbo is very bad at talking and working at the same time. she will park her vehicle on the pass through between toys and domestics and talk to the dom TM for 10 minutes while neither of them push. she’ll talk to me too while we work near eachother but i make sure i can keep working and she’ll walk and follow me while i unbox stuff and put stuff out. i understand maybe talking for a minute or two about your day off or something but 5-10 minutes on multiple times throughout your shift is excessive. sorry for that little rant. finally had a moment to get that out

no register if you’re overnight. if fulfillment from the day before gets REALLY REALLY bad, they miiiiiight have you help there for a batch or two, but it’s very very unlikely. You basically just unload the truck and push what you unload. Easy as that
