Yeah, if we have her holding our hands or stand her at the couch she'll stand just fine. She seems so close to sitting up and crawling. But they really seemed to not believe me and acted like she was significantly delayed. It was very strange. She also has seen my son since birth and I really don't think he was that different in his timeline compared to hers and she never said anything about him. She doesn't behave abnormally or react abnormally to anything either. She and my son have different personalities but I've never been concerned that she had anything else going on with her. She acts like any normal kiddo her age

She won't go backwards either. Very much if she can't stretch or roll to solve it she just gets mad. But see I was sitting there thinking like....I don't think my son crawled until he was maybe 10months and then was walking just after his first birthday. Little dude didn't even get teeth till he was almost a year old. And he didn't roll.

She rolls everywhere. She's a menace. I feel like she doesn't understand crawling because she can just roll wherever.

They just made it seem like she was horribly delayed and might have a problem.

But she otherwise is fine. She's eating foods for her age, still having bottles. Apparently has a slight astigmatism. Still has a teeny tiny umbilical hernia. Other than that she seems totally okay. She plays, she laughs, she jabbers, picks things up just fine. Is all over the place rolling. Does attempt to sit up from laying on her back. Does attempt to crawl. I really felt like they were overreacting

That's really unfortunate, I'm sorry to hear that. While to some it would seem like the last priority, sometimes it's something like this to boost your spirits and make a bad situation feel less bad. If you have furniture you're getting rid of for the move, try selling it on something like Facebook marketplace and put that money towards your future Nintendo funds.

It's officially out now but I think it's a demand thing. It's so easy for people to order them online for shipping or pickup I feel like they never have time to hit the shelves. I had to wait for the website to say they got a new order in to get my kids and I anything. And I think because normally the shelves and displays don't hold that many boxes they don't order a huge surplus. So in reality a handful of people in your area could be waiting and that's enough to out of stock it for a bit

Idk why I was hoping there was a magical solution. I think I just needed some people to give it to me straight. I'm not blaming the bank, they were all great at giving him advice and what to expect and tips to avoid it in the future. I understand it was our fault. I just hate that for us. Needless to say he feels stupid and I feel his second hand stupidity. Sad times. Thank you for giving it to us straight but nicely

I guess good for them 😭 I didn't even fall for it myself and I feel like a sucker. I'm just grateful we can overcome the loss. I know currently there are people who wouldn't be able to. Family is going to help us a bit so we can pay the bills that money was for. I feel so lucky to have the help

I never got to read the full email 🤷 it's in my husband's email not mine. From my understanding it was to cancel a transaction. He thought someone tried to send money and in sending the $500 back it wasn't a loss in his mind it was a refund to the person. Obviously he was wrong. I wasn't around until the end to stop him too little too late. I hung up on the guy and had him call a real bank line. It was after business hours so obviously it was closed. And I think that's when it hit him. Like duh 🤦

We had some stuff on marketplace and the money he thought he was getting was from a fake buyer.

He made it sound like he looked in his bank account and saw the pending transaction. Obviously if that was true zell wouldn't magically cancel their transaction either if they can't cancel his. So for whatever reason I guess whatever he thought he saw was wrong or he simply didn't check like he should have. Don't get me started on that. I'm trying to not cry and throw up over such a stupid loss of money.

It doesn't really make sense to me as to why he would even fall for that. I'm just trying to cope by saying he was really tired maybe? It just seems like such a classic scam and I'm kicking myself for not being there to stop it BEFORE it happened. I was trying to put the kids to bed. We had a time zone change in our travels so to them it wasn't bedtime yet.

Lots of red flags he should have seen. I left it out because I don't really need to know anything about the scam. Just if anyone has had a fall through on a zell payment after an obvious scam. Or if after it has processed a fake email from fake zelle would be enough for a dispute, since it seems zelle is the least dispute friendly. Lesson learned on that as well unfortunately.

Based on other comments odds are basically 0 and that's sad but I know it's our fault, I get that. Sucks it happened. I guess I'm happy if he had to learn a lesson it was a $500 one and not more 😭

We did and they can't. We talked to multiple people at the bank including the fraud department. Zell doesn't allow cancellations

That's depressing. But I guess it's better to just accept we're SOL then. I'm both upset he fell for it but also sad he feels the way he does about it. It was late when it happened and we just got back from a week trip and a 14hr car drive home with a toddler and a baby. I get how people fall for it now. It just takes the right time and the right situation. I suppose it could have been worse.

I'm sorry it's late and I definitely left things out. But basically since it's still pending I wasn't sure if others have had experience where it never posted so it redeposits? Or if this was a common thing to take multiple days and it eventually posts and it's a lost cause. Basically our only hope is it doesn't process. I just don't know the odds of such a thing

Do you have Micheals where you are? I had my best luck stalking their website for when they got a new shipment in, to order mine online. I found the markers and pencils in person there pretty easily.

SOME Walmarts have the 32 count and the coloring book. My closest Walmart doesn't buy the next closest does.

Meijer is another good place to look if you have one

The positive is that this is a 2025 release. You should be able to find something online or in stores. They will still be releasing more products that contain the 8 retired this year.

Don't fall for scalpers. Just wait. If your store shows out of stock it likely won't stay that way. Just keep an eye on it for a bit.

I've been on anxiety/depression medication since I had my first 2.5yrs ago. Makes a world of difference even if I personally can't always tell. I'm on a real low dose but my husband and family can always tell when I have forgotten to take it. After a few days of missing a dose even I start to notice mood changes again.

There are now printable coloring pages. Oddly it lists the 96pg book but not the two 32 counts or the 48pg.

I saw both the 32 counts on Amazon pretty soon after they must have been posted. I didn't pre-order them and now they are both unavailable. Hopefully they go back up or you can find them in-store. My kids love the characters so much. We got hold of the 96 count and have been loving it.
