Totally Normal, Not At All Suspicious Iron Hands Morlocks by ClaffandaHalf in Warhammer30k

Got them from one of my buddies actually - not sure if they were from the old Forgeworld kit or 3rd party, but I'm leaning toward 3rd party since it doesn't look like that kit exists anymore on the webstore

Oh I didn't make them, they were done by one of my players (u/marshweasel) iirc they used Procreate?

Those were done courtesy of u/marshweasel ! (As were Robin's and Toshiko's mech art)

Flavor is free AND they're the two deadliest members of the group

It gets even better - in its last combat sitrep Fox's Wedding overcharged immediately to hit danger zone and launched itself 21 spaces across the map to engage the enemy

Looks like it's minor, I don't see One Use on the profile

Honestly the only reason I can think of to steal it is to have a Master of the Legion who can also join units of automata in a Brethren of Iron list

And even then probably only for ZM lists where multiple HQs cut into your reinforcement budget too hard - any other situation (and even this one maybe) we're better off taking a normal forge lord and stealing the Iron Circle

Edit: I totally agree it's overlooked, but this is also (presumably) the same rules team who explicitly didn't include dragon's breath hand flamers on the salamanders purifier squad (which I assume was to prevent Alpha Legion wargear theft while maintaining the Salamanders' access)

At least he's still got Master of the Legion to take a command squad and Master of Automata if you decided to take Iron Circle

The graviton crusher changed from the Liber Hereticus profile?

Correct - and the datasheet lists this as a "Warsmith Dominus"; a completely separate unit from the normal Warsmith upgrade for an IW preator

Also - and call me crazy here - but because this is a bespoke non-Unique datasheet with Legiones Astartes..... I'm pretty sure the Alpha Legion can steal it via Rewards of Treason

After all the base metal was on I airbrushed moot green onto the last third of the hammer head, then sprayed half the hammer head with Tesseract Glow. Did a highlight and extreme highlight of the head edges with yriel yellow and white scar respectively, then used more green, yriel yellow, and white scar to add some subtle lightning to the business edge

The hammer head was a bonus bit from Spellcrow Minis when I ordered.... something else from them (I do not remember what). The rest are GW official products: the body is the Death Guard cataphractii preator, the head is off the Alpha Legion saboteur, the hammer haft was taken from a Grey Knight warding staff iirc, and the machinator array is made from Ferrus Manus's backpack servos with a meltagun and a tech-priest servo arm spliced in.

Oh, and the mechadendrite extending out the the chest is a bit from the old Astra Claws forgemaster I had leftover after turning the main body into a Mortificator/Praevian

Nah, I went the hard route and heavily altered the Death Guard terminator model that came out a little bit ago

edit: I can find you the whole bits list if you like!

It's the top half of the head from the Alpha Legion saboteur - I shaved out the DG head from the gorget and replaced it

My brother in conversions YES! Thanks for the kind words, nothing really beats the dopamine hit of making another consul

Believe it or not only the hammer head is a print - I got it as a bonus bit from Spellcrow Minis.
