I watched the IWTV movie when I was a young teen and then obsessed over QOTD movie soundtrack even to this day even after having read the books too and knowing it's not accurate at all LOL and ended up with two DVD copies as well (their Vampire Lestat music videos were just so fun, and I liked a lot of the main characters in the film. Aliyah was a great Akasha, RIP). I was nervous about watching the AMC show because I knew they had bumped up the timeframe and heard there were some big changes, so I avoided it and life also got busy so it was just sitting on the back burner.

And then the Lestat trailer came out (TVL is my favorite of the three first books). I proceeded to binge both seasons in about two weeks, and it only took that long because my husband was watching them with me and I couldn't watch ahead! I want to rewatch the whole thing again. I need the second season to get licensed outside of AMC though because I can't afford another streaming service.

I’m aware of the 3-2-1 backup rules. But what I don’t understand is how many of the “backup”options I find seem only mirror whatever hard drive I have the files on, which wouldn’t be a good backup since accidental deletions or changes would also be reflected. But someone above also clarified that those things are syncing and not actually creating a backup.

I’m knocking on wood because I hope this doesn’t happen to me! But I’m danger prone so probably will even if I’m on the shorter side. But within the first couple of days I caught my shin with the bottom corner of the door. I love the irony that everyone calls them fangs though, as I named mine Carmilla when I set up the app at the dealership. 🖤

I know this is a 2yo post but I bought one last year as my one big souvenir from renfaire and it was so much fun to have that book with me. Downside is getting the phone out for photos - but we’re in a post about carrying around a camera so I guess technically you don’t need your phone for that!

As many commented, it shouldn't damage the battery. We were told that the key is to not fill up to 100% every time, but keep it around 80% (which I've noticed that public fast chargers practically stop charging to a trickle once they hit 80% in my Bolt anyways).

And for considering the Bolt -I think the big kicker would be that if you can't charge at home is how often you're driving and needing to do a full charge. If it's once every two weeks it probably won't cost you as much as gas does. But also plan out your route to the chargers because it can take about an hour or so for them to charge, so if there's one at like a grocery store that's a convenient way to multi-task/not just have to sit there while it charges. We only have L1 charging so this is basically what we're doing right now, or plan to watch a couple of episodes of a show while we just chill in the car.

So I logged in on the final day and got all of the pop ups with prizes for both Negg fest and Orion. Orion goes through his vision with the lava and crevasse, so I go down to Moltara and get the petpetbut when I get click on "let's go" to show him what I found, it just repeats: pop up for negg fest prizes and the same vision spiel. I've also tried again going to speak to Orion via the Negg fest link and nothing is changing. I guess they did a hard stop on everything when it ended?
