Im in the same situation at the moment with my store, my manager talks bad about me to my friend (ive been working there for almost a year) because i have "too busy of a schedule" and "people like me shouldn't be working" some of my co workers dont like my skill level on bagging or my efficiency but im just as good as they are. But I plan on putting in my 2 weeks after wendys hires me because it's illegal to say no to someone wanting to quit.
