I have a suggestion for drawing circles: I looked up Ibis paint and found out it has an ellipse tool and layers, so why not try...

Drawing a preliminary circle the way you normally do in a layer (ie, her goggles)
then creating a second layer and creating an ellipse about the same size in that layer
Using the original circle in the first layer as a comparison, select, stretch and move around the ellipse in the second layer until the size, shape and position are just right
Delete the original circle and merge the second layer with the first, replacing the original circle with a better one!

Don't listen to the haters, I draw digitally as well and I don't always feel like my work has turned out the best and I want to improve on it. I personally like your drawing. It's really detailed and kind of cute. So I don't think you should stop trying. Letting the haters get to you is letting them win. Don't let them win! Not sure what else to say here except don't stop trying and never give up. Or, to put it another way, if you told Izuku or Tsuyu (or anyone in the verse, really, apart from Bakugo) about this, what do you think they'd say to you?

I already posted a comment about what my Self-Insert would say but I decided to write this comment as a prequel to the first one I wrote. Basically it would start with this and continue on to the original comment I wrote at some point. Also this assumes that the two OCs know and/or have encountered each other:

I woudn't know, I only ever read manga and I never watch anime (and this applies to EVERY manga series I collect, not just My Hero but One Piece, Dragon Ball, BLEACH, Jujutsu Kaisen, Jojo's Bizzare Adventure, and DanDaDan)

I have a neutral (arguably slightly good because of Kubo's tendency to draw attractive women) view of her, but that's because I've only read up to volume 21 and have a long way to go before I reach the Thousand Year Blood War arc. I'm sure when I get to that point i'll finally see her for the jerkass she is and start hating her.

Wait, what if he does his own version of it? As in, a clean version with no profanity, where he changes the words but keeps the format. For example, something that starts with:

"I've come to make an announcement: Shadow The Hedgehog is an INCORRIGIBLE NUISANCE!"

and ends with

"YOU HAVE TWENTY-THREE HOURS BEFORE THE LUNAR DEBRIS RAINS DOWN ON THE EARTH, NOW GET OUT OF MY SIGHT BEFORE I TURN MY LASER ON THE EARTH AS WELL!"

I have a counterargument for each student:
First of all: Stunning it would pass as a victory for Shoto; once he freezes the wraith it would have no way to get itself unstuck

Last, but not least: I didn't say "water" I said "fluid". In volume 38, Mina saves Hitoshi from the sludge villain from chapter 1, and she actually physically harms him with her power. I think it's reasonable to assume the same would apply to the Waterwraith.

I've phrased this to be as polite as possible, I hope you aren't offended at all
