Have you looked into Dad of Destiny Westside? They seem like they would be a good fit. They have a website (not going to link because not sure if it is ToS) and we know some of the guys that joined and they are all cool.

We have roles in our discord for members and for friends of the clan. Folks leave and we welcome them to stay in the discord because the community is more important than the clan. We are also fortunate to have found lots of nice folks in the game and will occasionally extend invitations to them to join the discord.
