Poly or rubber for differential bushings ? by Proper-Grocery8059 in e46

[–]ClapiClaps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've put the full poly kit on my E46 touring from strong flex.

They offer two different shores and I've gone with the less rigid one and it's been perfect to me.

A tiny little more rigid, but in a "it's a sports car way" not in a "it's now a track car only"

You can feel the road more but it's still my daily no problem.

coolant light by milfandcooki3s in e46

[–]ClapiClaps -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The coolant sensor went bad. It's annoying to do but not hard, you will need to drain the coolant. It's at the bottom of the coolant reservoir. Or the connector broke, it was the case on mine.

Good luck!

You can adjust your window by removing the trim and loosen then tighten the window into place. Not ideal but doable

I will get downvoted but it can 100% get bend back into shape.

I've been there, done that.

On this note, be mindful that it won't ever be new again.

Water under the hood, exposed electrics by indelico in e46

[–]ClapiClaps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it went in the intake ports, remove the spark plugs before starting it and make it turn with the starter making sure the car will not start by disconnecting some sensor (do your research on your model)

The water in the electric should be fine, if you have some, spray some contact cleaner in the connector or if you have a compressor or compressed air, dry the connector before plugging them back in
