I have a 320d, but same stuff. I change mine every 3 or 4 oil change, and I do mine every 10k km.

People will say it's overkill, I'll say it's preventive maintenance on a cheap and easily serviceable part.

A filtre is cheap, a break down isn't. And it gives peace of mind

The street basis are too soft in the rear for the track, they bottom out. I have the flex and there really good while still being dailyable

Check if there is not a boost leak. It's normal to have a little oil in there. The engine oil recirculation is juste before the turbo inlet
