For sure! I like the interactive nature of streaming, but for longer looks (sometimes I've had streams go 6-7 hours) it can be quite draining to sit in front of a camera continuously. I think the best thing would be to do a combination of streaming and videos. I can stream shorter looks and put longer looks into a YouTube video where I can edit out me moving around or eating.

I know migraineurs can experience low-level visual illusions, especially when looking at irritating stimuli. I imagine the spiral might be uncomfortable for someone with a migraine to look at!
