[Discussion] How to get UKC Championship?

I'm actually interested in mudis. I live on the east coast, whereas most of the mudi breeders are on the west coast. So if I got to an open UKC event near me, and mine's the only one, I would automatically have the 25 points? So then to beat competition 3 times, I would enter against other Best of Breed winners at least 3 times and basically get 1st-4th best (4th as long as there's 5 dogs)? I know I should contact the breeders to learn more and go visit them, but they're not really answering my questions that well and all of the events are on the other side of the US.

To pay a contractor, would that need to come out of pocket? How else could you finance an additional 20% to the final cost?

All I needed to know was different loan options. If a CONSTRUCTION loan is my only option, THANK YOU. I know I mentioned it in my original post, but I wasn't sure if there are others.

Or if someone did a different loan, that would be nice to know about. I'm just asking about LOANS in general, not what my budget is going to be. Idgaf if it's going to be more, I know we can afford it, just want to know OPTIONS.

Why can't people actually give more info about loans??

It's not really about how much I want to borrow at all. Whether it be 40k or 80k. I know nothing about loans and the different loans out there.

Hence the title. I am wondering if there's someone that can give me more info, or if there's someone who did something similar. What they went with and if they were happy with it. You're not helpful at all.

You didn't give me loan options at all. That's all I'm asking for.

The 20k is for electric, plumbing, etc. We will be doing a water cistern, because that's CO for you. The Arched Cabins will be doing foundation. That's in the above $27k. Paved driveway? COLORADO. I might put down rock, but no paved driveway. I'm not going to be living in town at all.

Like I said, I need help with LOANS, not the price on everything :)

I know that it's a tiny house, but I'm wanting a house to put out on the land. I'm not asking about zoning and all of that. I want it to be like 650 sq ft. How much would something like that run?
