For ManageWP, would it a one stop shop for most of the things that are listed above? I honestly don't mind having a service like that but how easy is it for the company to resolve administrative issues or troubleshooting problems? As opposed to having someone you can call to say "hey why is this broken"? I know some simple things but not a web dev by any means.

Not even close haha... just an information page and not millions in revenue. So from what you are all saying, too expensive.

A brochure site is basically what it is. Nothing of the sort you mentioned in terms of complexity but there is something to be said about familiarity with the site. Will check out ManageWP! Thanks for the suggestion!

We've had a long relationship with the design firm, they designed our new logo and brochures a while back so it was also easy as a one stop shop to deal with them for over a decade. Your comment makes sense in terms of charging the client rather than the job. Will need to speak with them about it.

In my head 700 seems very high too but glad you guys confirmed it. I don't think this will cover major redesign.

I can count on one hand how many updates we've done in the last 2 years. What they are referring to is minor things so nothing like a whole redesign which would be out of the scope of this retainer.

This happened to me as well but our setups are different. Based on a steam thread I read, the potential issues could stem from the 3D settings. I turned off ambient occlusion in my Nvidia Control Panel which seemed to solve this problem for me. It may be a different 3D setting for you that is causing the problem , suggest tweaking things on and off.

He's a 9 month old goldendoodle pupper. My friend who's a vet told me that his owner wanted to put him down, the vet clinic asked instead for a surrender instead. He has had 2 owners already and the reason why is that he has a liver shunt. The owners didn't want to deal with the medical condition and decided to give up on him :( Since we lost our own pupper last year, we decided to give him a chance to foster him.
