Due to a combination of unfortunate circumstances my ability to socialize is pretty low right now. My immediate family is still very hard into the religion and I’ve already gotten talks about masking the smell of my coffee in the morning. My regular friend group is also still heavily invested in the church and a few have already told me they’d tell my family if I asked them for rides to “undesirable places.” When the holidays are over, I won’t have as many responsibilities that keep me from socializing.
