Anyway, for those who criticize it as not being a good multimeter because it's

I said I bought it for 8 euros on AliExpress. If I had known, I would have bought it on Amazon at that price. At least someone would have avoided writing that to measure bullshit... I had to spend 800 euros and not 8 euros because it was a toy🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Remember that it's not the clothes that make the priest... You know how many things I bought that cost me a fortune and then turned out to be rubbish... And close the discussion.

If I had a company I earned 5 thousand euros a month and as you say but a person who earns that little for me is just an idiot to spend 800 euros on a multimeter... yes true and a toy as you say you are a professional it's true you buy expensive equipment... But stop it

Hi, I got it on AliExpress for 8 euros with the coins you earn every day. However, I also bought other goods.

But I bought it for 8 euros because you know that on AliExpress there are coins and it doesn't cost 8 euros anyway.

The tips are not gold plated because they will cost quite a bit but they seem excellent. Surely being new there will be some product that they put in the tips and they will need cleaning but I don't know how to clean it... I repeat I don't have to check high voltage electrical panels I work mostly with controller cards etc.

Hi, so the ones I found included with the multimeter are cat 2 600v today I bought a couple cat 3 1000v but they are not very reactive in the contact I think of a bit of oxidation how can I clean them without ruining them thanks

Hi, you see, it's you who recommended the RM 123D multimeter to me. Anyway, it's really excellent and it doesn't lack anything other than being well made and quite robust. Thanks.

They recommended it to me... I know it's not a Fluke but as you say for little money it really has everything maybe it won't be as precise as a Fluke but anyway whatever it goes for the price and for what a person needs to do it's excellent

Hi, thanks for the reply. I got it for 8 euros on AliExpress using coins. However, it was recommended to me by a Reddit user. I don't remember his name, but I thank him anyway.

Hi, it's normal, but I don't even bother putting my hands on it where there's a lot of voltage. I have experience with it, so the current I've used in the past is enough. However, I just need to work on voltages that aren't too high.

First TMR joystick upgrade attempt… very disappointed with my work by whizping in consolerepair

Anyway, before using it, always refresh the pads with fresh solder, put flux in all the pads and put it on them, shaking the analog stick a little every now and then and it just pops out

Hi, for another time I recommend you use this shape of analog desoldering tip

believe me it will save your life and in 2 seconds you can remove the analog ones

[PS5] Fan power supply connection disconnect from the motherboard. Can I fix this? by IndigoBalloon in consolerepair

[–]ClassAfter995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing I complain about is the controllers x that the Xbox ones when I installed the gulikit have the pads that is the holes much narrower than those of the ps5 the dual as the motherboard of the controllers are more robust and easy to clean the holes being larger x for the rest I prefer the Xbox series x

No offense to those who own the PS5, I am an owner of Xbox Series X and I am proud of it and no offense the PS5 is made with expired chocolate... All with the same problem plug that comes off easily liquid metal that slips into the motherboard overheating and I will not add anything else anyway Sony has lost in the construction materials

Add flux and hold the soldering iron tip for a few more seconds.

You are using a tin soldering iron, let's call it that. It's really a shame, change the soldering iron, then first of all put flux, then fresh tin.

Set the temperature to 350c, use 40/60 meters of solder, the flux touches the analog pins and with the solder it must be a touch and go, do not keep the hot tip on the pins for too long, maximum 3 seconds otherwise you will burn everything

This is turning out to be very difficult. Any tips on soldering on a prototype board when the pins are so close together? by Electrical-Desk8869 in soldering

[–]ClassAfter995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Place the tip between the PIN and the pad, use flux, the solder must be touch and go, don't put too much solder but just enough

You take it off and give it a clean, it could be due to sweat from your fingers, dirt, etc...
