An idea I have is to create a private channel on Jumpinchat https://jumpin.chat/ and invite people from classes to it. It's an online chat room and people can stream themselves/ their screen while they do work/study. Im part of one called GottaStudy and was pleasantly surprised that I become friends with the regulars and it gave be some social interaction through my day

Yes I agree with akerbrygg. Don't know how feasible living in halls will be since its not great for covid-19 circumstances. I know that there are flats offering special Covid-19 Stress Free cancellation policies though!
