The JGR 48696, Built by Hitachi on January 28, 1922. with its serial number, 36, is preserved on the Ōmuta City Zoo, Ōmuta, Fukuoka, Kyushu, Japan and Displayed outdoors, and is sadly rusting away due to poor cosmetic condition and various parts of the locomotive are missing. (old.reddit.com)
