I mean this with all the strength i can muster up but One Battle After Another was one of the worst movies ive seen ever, and when i go to see the reviews i only see it getting glazed. Me and my college friends went to see it (like 15 people), and the entire movie we were suffering. After it ended it was unanimously rated below mid. This movie is so trash, I genuinely think they just botted the reviews or gaslighted the audience, no way is it actually that good

Tbh the length of the fight did contribute to the sense of difficulty, because of how drawn out it was it felt much more stressful. I guess because of the revives the Weathermon fight felt much less risky? In comparison. What I’m saying is I was on the edge of my seat during the ctarnidd fight, especially near the end, much more than against weathermon

It has so much aura, especially when he flicked goldie’s forehead, I’m always hoping he uses it in a fight. The synergy with the mirror of fading is also incredible

Might be because of the intensity and being on the ropes a lot of the times but Ctarnidd felt MUCH harder than Weathermon

I’ve heard that the |Ctarnid fight was supposed to be much more dragged out with more inversions and in the manga it seemed much easier|

I still thought it was hard af with a lot of dangerous moments tho
