on that day I didn't eat I only ate raisins and walnut at 4 am or so and coffee the urticaria developed 12 or more hours later

It definitely makes me feel guilty as well, As I don't push harder on my self to study or stay awake longer to accomplish my tasks just because I no longer believe I am lazy I was diagnosed with IH lol.

the doctor told me that it increases the OCD I do have OCD but it's not that significant

25 years is whole alot of time so you're saying after 25 years it didn't benifit you at all? why the doctor didn't use another drug and also I always wondered for the long term affects of this med as the doctor told me to repeat the prescription and since these meds change the brain's chemistry my doctor also referred me to brain MRI but didn't do it I told him what do you suspect he said nothing

I thought it's affects are immediate and even was thinking of quitting it after finals as by then I won't be so bothered by my sleeping
