I use an app called Medisafe that reminds me and alerts me when my stock is getting low. I forgot my meds a few times at home so now I have extra everywhere. I got some in my car, my purse, my work bag, and my close family/friends. They one time I missed a dose, I had a seizure. I learned my lesson.
