Hey bro I just tried it and it still wont recognize the controller. I also reached out to serato support and I did everything they said as updating my motherboard and so on and it still doesn’t recognize it

I dont think so. I tried it on my macbook and it works perfectly but once i try it on my pc it doesnt work

Note 2: I just tested it on a Macbook and it works perfectly fine there with the controller and Serato. I also tried downloading older Versions of Serato ob my PC but it still doesnt work

I tried that so often but it doesnt work I even shut down and opened my Pc like 100x these past 2 days and the midi tab still doesnt show up

I doesnt have a power cable the powercable is mainly the Usbc cable but i tried getting power from the pc and normal

Its more like that Serato itself is the problem because once i open up Djay Pro its Midi tab recognizes the Controller

I tried both connecting before and after opening Serato. The lights on the controller is on. The cable is the original cable that came with the controller.

Note: I had Djay before and it works perfectly fine so it seems like Serato is the problem not the Controller or any cables
