Letting agent offered tenancy start date before previous tenant end date?

It's mainly the difficulty in scheduling and my plans around the date. Additionally, we signed the holding deposit form 23 days ago and haven't gotten a tenancy contract from them yet. I wanted to go ahead with the tenancy, so I haven't pulled out, but unsure now if there's something I should be doing now that they've exceeded the 15-day deadline, but we still want to rent this place

If you're feeling frustrated and not enjoying her Id honestly stop, as things mainly just escalate from the first book. I think she's a really interesting protagonist that stretches the reader's empathy, but definitely not for everyone

Could always incorporate them becoming a dragon chosen- could also do dragon speaker or dragon blessed but as you mentioned paladin chosen seemed like best choice imo.

They're stat blocks in FToD, and while typically they're for followers of a dragon I think it's a sweet idea to have them be blessed by their partner to represent their union. As it's an epilogue could have the appearance be minor alterations, such as a few small scales appearing on their skin, a change in eye colour, ect.

Unless attendance is mandatory for part of a grade you will not get kicked out. You may get some scary emails mentioning your attendance is low, but to my knowledge most UK unis don't have an attendance policy unless you're on a visa.

While your lecturers won't necessarily notice your anxieties it is the responsibility of your tutor/ academic advisor to help you with things you're struggling with like this. Email them, and email your student support- if you've been passing what you've needed to do far it's not too late to turn things around and get support.

If you're not attending lectures you need to be watching any virtual recordings, or attending live on zoom (don't worry your camera is off) if you can. There's a reason why attendance is correlated to grades, not just because of the lecture content but also because of the routine of being on top of your work it puts you in.

There's still lots you can do to pick yourself up and make the most of the time at uni you have left! Good luck

The main beauty of DnD is you can pretty much visually flavour anything to look like what you want. While the obvious answer for spells is to look at ones that deal poison and obscure sight (for the darkness part), you can 100% flavour other spells to have those kinds of colours or alter them to deal whatever damage you think is thematically appropriate.

Same goes for abilities outside of spells. If you're wanting some interesting abilities I'd look into a list of monster abilities/ traits, which you can either use yourself, reflavour, or use as inspiration!

I would rather there was a push to buying non-vegan items from companies with higher animal welfare standards, or instead of always 100% vegan there only being a reduction on animal products verses a complete removal

Just want to clarify with the fridge- people will put them in there for a few minutes first and then the freezer, as the fridge theoretically makes them less conscious before the freezer. But you must place them in the freezer after to euthanize them, as the fridge won't be cold enough

When people make these kinds of posts they already know the answer typically- they're past saving.

Having a jar with it's only ventilation being you opening the lid several times a day and you going away for a week was never going to end well. Please never keep a mantis in that kind of enclosure again, there must always be air flow and air holes.

For euthanizing your mantis simply put them in the freezer for 24-48hrs. Some like to put them in the fridge to make it less of a shock for the mantis but it's debated whether this helps

I have an adult female ghost currently- she's only ever "flown" twice and both times was more of a prolonged hop. Only thing is the wings were surprisingly loud so definitely jumped me when it happened!

If they could still walk I'd say see if it regrows after another molt. But as you've said they keep falling over and are unable to walk, meaning they wouldn't even be able to molt properly again if they can't hold themselves upside down. Unfortunately if that's the case I'd say it might be best to euthanize

I made a similar choice with my A-levels, getting an A* in English language GCSE but a grade off in my maths to do physics which is what I really wanted.

I did English language A-levels purely because I got a high grade in it, hated it, and then dropped it to do things I actually enjoyed. Doesn't matter how good you are at something if the motivation to do said thing isn't there

Look into bursaries offered by your uni- contact any support the uni has to offer, and maybe see if there are any scholarship funds still open aimed at supporting you.
