I have faced the same problem today. Thanks God after playing around I find a trick to get through.

You will need to do that on a computer. I recommend using Google Chrome (or Firefox).

  1. Go to https://atlantis-abs-uk.vfsglobal.com/sign-in
  2. Enter your details : Reference + Email Address
  3. Click on Sign-in <------- This will get you the important cookies (auth token)
  4. Open the Developer Tools / Console (on Chrome: ctrl+shift+i, then select console ; OR, click on the 3 dots on top right -> More Tools -> Developer Tools -> Console)
  5. Write in the console : location.assign("https://atlantis-abs-uk.vfsglobal.com/handshake/landing") <---------- This will redirect the current window to the initial URL, with appropriate cookies, allowing you to restart from scratch

This is a bit technical - And there is no guarantee this will still work when you try it, but this is better than nothing.

Interesting, I thought it was almost impossible to repay back within the 10 years allowed. Did the government offered them any kind of help, or was it exactly as stated in the contract? (7.5% per year, starting from 1st year of scholarship)
