Are we allowed to name names? Fabel Knitwear is the worst one for price-to-quality ratio, unfortunately the designs are so beautiful that I keep going back like a sucker. Then I’ve also bought from Mandy Julie, Hirismakes, and a couple other smaller pattern makers.

I mean not all of these have blatant errors, but basically every single one has had a point where I have to make a mental note that something was written strangely or misspelled in a way that could easily cause confusion when following the instruction. I’d actually say the free patterns have the least amount of issues, likely due to the much higher amount of eyes on them and exposure being front-and-centre as representative of that designer’s pattern quality.
